At Ready Pleat, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied. Meanwhile, we hope you understand handcrafted curtains are high-maintenance products and sincerely hope you can take care of the product no matter deciding to keep or return. 

 

Ready Pleat

Ready Pleat will accept returns and exchanges sold in the online store if:

  • Items are returned within 30 days of customer receipt.
  • The sales invoice is provided. 
  • Items are returned in brand new condition - unused, unwrinkled, and unwashed.
  • If the returned items are stained, damaged, or badly wrinkled caused by the customer, a 50% - 80% restocking fee will be charged.

     

    Ready Pleat will accept cancels sold in the online store if:

    • Items are not shipped yet.

     

    Ready Pleat will provide a remedy, accept returns and exchange without restocking fee charged if:

    • Items have manufacturer’s defects or were damaged during transit.
    • Customer Service is contacted within 15 days with proof pictures.
    • The sales invoice is provided. 
    • Items are returned in the original condition - unused, unwrinkled, and unwashed.

       

      Ready Pleat will charge at least 50% restocking fee or reject refund & ship back to the customer if:

      • The returned items are stained, damaged, or badly wrinkled caused by the customer.
      • Items are NOT returned within 30 days of customer receipt.

         

        Return by Mail

        To return items by mail, please follow the steps below:

        • Pack up your item(s) in the original waterproof bag and box. If the original bag/box is missing or damaged, please use a similar waterproof bag and hard paper box.
        • Include the sales invoice in the box.
        • Stick the pre-print USPS/UPS shipping label to the box. You will be refunded the return shipping fee if the return is triggered by manufacturing defects or transit damage. Otherwise, customers will pay for the return shipping fee. 
        • Drop off at any USPS/UPS store
        • Track your return easily online

          Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

           

          Non-Returnable Items

          Items purchased as final sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or repaired.

           

          Credits and Refunds

          We will issue an appropriate credit or refund in one of the following ways:

          • With an Original Paper Receipt, eReceipt, Original Packing Slip or Order Number, or other major credit card used at the time of purchase, the item’s purchase price will be refunded in the Original Form of Tender.
          • With a Gift Receipt or Gift Packing Slip, the item’s purchase price will be refunded by a Shop Card.

             

            Custom Drape

            Since Custom Drapes are made according to specific preference, and cannot be applied to other customers. In general, we don’t accept returns except for quality issues. Please read the following exceptions carefully:

             

            Custom Drapes will accept returns and exchanges sold in the online store if:

            • There are quality issues like manufacturer’s defect, damage during transit, or wrong manufactured size/color.
            • Customer Service is contacted within 15 days with proof of evidence.
            • Items are returned within 30 days of customer receipt.
            • The sales invoice is provided.
            • Items are returned in the original condition - unused, unwrinkled, and unwashed.

               

              Custom Drapes will help you find the best solution if:

              • You don’t like the products OR You incorrectly measured windows or other reference points and the customized items don’t fit perfectly (To make sure you receive ideal size and avoid this situation, please follow our step-by-step measure guide carefully or contact customer service if you have any questions).
              • If the above situation happens, we are happy to provide remedies including 50% credit on purchasing a replacement product (no combination with any promotions).
              • You will be responsible for the shipping cost for both the replacement and the original product. 

                 

                Custom Drapes will accept cancels sold in the online store if:

                • The items manufacturing process hasn’t started yet.  

                 

                Return by Mail

                To return Custom Drapes by mail, please follow the steps below:

                • Pack up your item(s) in the original waterproof bag and box. If the original bag/box is missing or damaged, please use a similar waterproof bag and hard paper box.
                • Include the sales invoice in the box.
                • Stick the pre-print USPS/UPS shipping label to the box. You will pay return shipping except for manufacturing defects, wrong size/color, or transit damage mentioned above. 
                • Drop off at USPS/UPS store
                • Track your return easily online

                  Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt and confirmation on the next steps.
